At present, 1:1 sessions are offered from a private, home-based space in the Edinburgh/Midlothian area while I continue to look for a longer-term dedicated practice room.
Full address details are shared only after a booking is confirmed. Sessions are by appointment only.

A wee note is plenty – you don’t need to share anything deeply personal here. If you’re unsure what to write, “I’m curious and would like to learn more” is absolutely fine.
What a call is
- A friendly 15-minute introduction (no pressure)
- A chance for you to ask questions and share what you’re looking for support with
What this call isn’t
- Not therapy or medical advice
- Not a health service / not a replacement for treatment
- This work is spiritual/wellbeing support and is not medical or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, please contact your GP / NHS services.
- Not a treatment session — it’s a short introductory call to ask questions, check fit, and agree next steps if appropriate.

In-person sessions
- Session slots are 19:00 – 21:00 Mon – Fri, all day Saturday / Sunday
What happens next

- I reply by email with 2-3 possible times for a short call
- We have a 15-minute call
- If it feels like a fit, we’ll agree on the next step — this may be a 1:1 session, house/space clearing, land clearing, or simply leaving things there.
