- Because everyone’s circumstances are different, I offer tiered pricing depending on income, without burning out the practice. Choose the tier that matches your financial reality—I won’t ask for proof.

Home/Space Clearing
- Because every home is different, I price by size and complexity. We’ll confirm the right tier after a short call.

Land Clearance
- I will ask about location, access, boundaries, intention and any safety-concerns

Cancellations
- A full refund will be issued for any sessions cancelled 24 hours before they take place.
- Any time after that, a 50% refund will be issued.
