5. Free 15-minute interest calls
Free interest calls are offered to help us decide whether this work feels like a good fit.
These calls are:
- for general discussion of your needs and questions
- not a treatment session
- not therapy, crisis support, or emergency support
- not a guarantee that ongoing work will be offered
I reserve the right to decide whether Stagfire Healing is an appropriate fit for your needs and to decline further work where necessary.
6. Bookings and availability
Current status
At present, Stagfire Healing is offering interest calls only while a suitable practice space is being secured.
Paid sessions and in-person services will begin once an appropriate space is available.
Once paid services go live, bookings will be confirmed by email and will only be considered agreed once the date, time, location, and payment arrangements have been confirmed.
7. Prices and payment
Where prices are published on the website, they are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated from time to time.
Current published pricing is intended as guidance and may be refined before services fully launch.
Once paid sessions begin:
- payment terms will be confirmed in advance
- payment may be requested by bank transfer or PayPal
- invoices may be issued where appropriate
8. Sliding scale pricing
Stagfire Healing uses a trust-based sliding scale for some services.
You are responsible for choosing the pricing tier that best matches your financial reality. I do not ask for proof of income.
Where lower-cost supported places are offered, these may be limited each month.
9. Cancellations and rescheduling
Free interest calls
If you need to cancel or reschedule a free interest call, please give as much notice as possible.
Paid sessions and services
Once paid services go live, the following policy will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- 48 hours’ notice or more: your session may be rescheduled without charge
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: the full fee may be charged
- No-show / missed appointment: the full fee may be charged
If I need to cancel or rearrange due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer a new appointment or refund any payment already made.
10. Arriving for sessions / suitability
You are responsible for arriving on time and for letting me know about any practical needs that may affect the session.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that other bookings are not affected. The full fee may still apply.
I reserve the right to postpone, shorten, or decline a session if:
- it becomes clear the service is not appropriate
- you attend in a way that makes the session unsafe or unworkable
- there is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
Any decision of this kind will be made with care and with safety in mind.
11. Consent and personal responsibility
All work offered by Stagfire Healing is consent-led.
You are free to pause, stop, or decline any part of the work at any time.
By booking or attending a session, you confirm that:
- you understand the nature of the work
- you take responsibility for your own choices and wellbeing
- you will seek appropriate medical, therapeutic, or emergency support where needed
- you understand that no specific outcome can be guaranteed
12. Home and land work
For home clearing or land clearing:
- access arrangements must be agreed in advance
- you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to invite me onto the property or land
- any practical hazards, access issues, animals, or safety concerns should be disclosed beforehand
Leave No Trace
Stagfire Healing follows a Leave No Trace approach:
- no deliberate damage to land or property
- no littering
- no non-biodegradable offerings left behind
- any physical actions or offerings will be discussed and agreed in advance
13. Events, circles, and group work
Where circles, events, or group sessions are offered, additional event-specific details may apply, including:
- venue information
- accessibility notes
- start/end time
- what to bring
- event-specific cancellation terms
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others, the space, and the nature of the work being offered.
I reserve the right to remove anyone from a group event if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive.
