1:1 Shamanic Healing

What’s included

• 90-minute session (in-person), which can encompass:
  • Energy extraction (clearing the day-to-day energies)
  • Soul/Power retrieval (journeying to the otherworld to find the bits of you that you have lost)
  • Ancestral / Generational work
  • Past Life Regression
• Time at the end for grounding + aftercare guidance
• A simple follow-up by email (optional – only if you want it)
• Note: Not a health service / not a replacement for treatment
• This work is spiritual/wellbeing support and is not medical or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, please contact your GP / NHS services.

What to Expect

• Initially, I will ask how you are doing – no pressure here to reply
• I will explain the process for the session
• You can lie or sit, depending on your preference
• I will be directed by spirit in what to do, which can include:
  • Drumming
  • Using crystals
  • Placing crystals or objects on or near you (depending on your preference with touch)
  • I may speak during the session to either you or spirit
  • I may hum or sing during the session

Aftercare

• Give yourself time to ground yourself back into being
• You can journal about your experience
• Be kind to yourself the next day, take it slowly
• You may feel sleepy/tired for the next few days
• It may take a while to absorb your experience
• If you would like, I can follow up with a call/email if you wish

• This is a queer, neurodivergent, affirming practice.
• Sensory needs are welcome.

Home/Space Clearing

What’s included

• Session time, depending on the size of the property
• Time at the end for grounding + aftercare guidance
• A simple follow-up by email (optional – only if you want it)

Leave No Trace

• No non-biodegradable offerings left behind
• We agree on any physical actions beforehand and keep them minimal and respectful
• The work is guided by consent – yours and the space’s
• I don’t use anything that damages the Property
• If we use any physical items (e.g. offerings, incense), we agree on them beforehand and keep them respectful, minimal and biodegradable.

Land Clearing

What’s included

• Session time, depending on the land covered
• Time at the end for grounding + aftercare guidance
• A simple follow-up by email (optional – only if you want it)

Leave No Trace

• No digging, no damage, no litter
• No non-biodegradable offerings left behind
• We agree on any physical actions beforehand and keep them minimal and respectful
• The work is guided by consent – yours and the land’s
